How do I apply for a position?

What is the interview process like?
The interview process generally involves getting to know the candidates and evaluating their fit for potential job openings. First, candidates fill out an application, email or upload their resume, which is then reviewed by Human Resources. If the candidate meets basic qualifications like education requirements and work experience, they will be contacted for an in-person interview. At this stage, HR´s recruiters assess the candidate’s skills, availability and career goals to determine the best possible match for them. They may also ask behavioral questions to gauge how well the candidate handles certain scenarios. Once a position has been identified, recruiters will prepare candidates for their client interviews and provide feedback afterwards. We strive to make sure both employers and employees are happy with placements made through our services.
What types of jobs do you offer?
We have many clients in various industries that we have fulfilled their open positions, those including office management, receptionists, office clerks, IT technicians, truck drivers, warehousing personnel, certified forklift drivers and more. We encourage you can check the status of your application by reaching out to your assigned recruitment consultant directly via phone or email. If you submitted your application online. Your recruitment consultant should also be able to provide updates on the status of your application and explain the next step in the hiring process. Don’t hesitate to follow up roughly five business days after your interview with Human Resources to ensure everything is proceeding as planned. Remember, communication is key, so stay proactive in reaching out for updates until you receive a final decision on your application.
